Hi All
Do you make your own spoke wrench or buy them, if so what size for a CG.
My bike had its MOT yesterday with an advisory on the wheels, slight buckle he said, needs tweaking a bit, Ive done a mountain bike wheel in the past so it must be the same procedure.
So I thought peice of steel cut groove tidy up with needle file and jobs a good one. Opinions please.

As cb1rocket suggests. The hardened wrench will ensure you turn the nipples and not mash them.
WD40 or Plus-Gas spray on the nipple can help this job.
If they don't turn one way then try oing the other way.
Same as a push bike wheel.
Lots of Coffee, Tea. Go easy on the beer/wine coz even though it looks good when you finish it will really look like a pig's fat-china in the morning. ____________________ W-ireless A-rtificial L-ifeform L-imited to O-bservation P-eacekeeping and E-fficient R-epair |
