Hi

Aprilia RS125 red lines at 10750, with peak power just below that. The old Gilera engine used on the CX125 and GFR red lined at 12000.

All the best

The Gilera GFR125 is simply the best looking 125 i have ever seen, but they are like rocking horse shit here! Its supposed to be faster than both RS's or Mito's.

Hi

The GFR is not quicker than an RS. PB road tested the 2 together and the RS was quicker, but the GFR felt quicker. Just missed out on a GFR for about £1000 a few months back (the owner just wanted what he had been offered in trade in).

The GFR is nice, but with experience of a CX (basically the same engine and chassis, but with a single sided front fork) I would not want one as my only form of transport.

All the best

Keith
