Morning all,

I am going to be playing about with my 06 cbf600's suspension soon. Just wondered if anyone else has done this and got any tips?

Cheers!

If you have the bikes tool kit the the supplied spanner should be there.

Turn to adjust. Carry it with you when you ride and try each notch

Yeah think I need to get an extender bar on to it, last time I tried I nearly became one with the C spanner lol I was thinking more along the line of upgrading, especially the front.

Suspension's pretty crap as standard on those. Get it as good as you can, but don't expect a huge range of adjustment in terms of damping.

Yeah the front is like a wet sponge at times. Was contemplating changing the oil viscosity and playing with the air gap, or just bite the bullet and get a new spring kit for it.
