Hi, has anyone else had problems with this place?
I ordered two visor bags and a Arai base plate kit. They sent me the wrong base plate kit and debited my credit card 3 times!
I've e-mailed them and had no reply. I've been trying to phone them for the last hour and can't get a reply and I'm getting worried...

Just wondered if anyone else had used them and what their experiences were?

I've used them quite a bit and have never had any problems. The sites part of Crossan motorcyles which is a reputable company.
Maybe they're closed Sundays?

Quick service & cheap as well as they are based in the Channel Islands.
I believe if I remember correctly that they'll pay any Duty which you `might` incur when the item gets sent to you,but mine didn't & I can whole-heartedly reccomend them. Thumbs Up
