My 1990 nsr125f runs on unleaded. However seeing as a 2 stroke engine has no valve seats, I see no reason for needing leaded petrol?

Hi

Fairly certain it will run on normal unleaded. No valves so no lead for lead or lead replacement, and the NSR does not require the higher octane rating of LRP.

All the best

Keith

I have also heard of people having trouble with super unleaded and optimax, so best to stick to plain old unleaded Smile
