I had to swerve to avoid two massive piles of shattered glass on the A40 leaving London this morning. They were in the outside lane approaching the traffic lights where Horn Lane crosses the A40.

Recommend staying in the middle or left lanes and not filtering there for now.

I go through that junction every day, so thanks for the warning of debris in the road. However, if riding over broken glass was enough to puncture a tyre, flats would be a daily occurrence in London... I pick the pieces out of my tread about once a week.
