Hi guys.

I've had a CM125C for a few months now, and it is my first ever bike. For some reason I am having problems with the headlamp. Sometimes I can only get the side light working, no main or full beam at all. The full beam indicator light illuminates, but there is no light. This is only an intermittent fault, but it only seems to stop working at night, the one time I really need it to work.

I have had a look at the bulb, and it looks fine. I can see no sign of corrosion or damage in the wiring behind the lamp. I've tried to look at the fuses, but the screws holding the cover in place have been mangled, and I can't get them off, although I should be able to in a few days when I can get my Dad to help.

As I said, this is only an intermittent fault, but it's really driving me mad. Any help would be great.

Cheers!

If you can, chase the wires back to some of the connections and pull them apart. You might find a frayed wire there that can be wrapped up to get it working.

Thanks, I'll take another, closer look once it stops raining.
