I bought these and fitted today, however they do not light up.

It says you need 250v ac. WTF. How on earth does that work then?

The switches themselves work fine, but they do not light themselves up while in use.

I imagine it's a neon lighted one, did it not come with a ballast?

If it didn't, probably better off buying an LED one.

The switch is designed to illuminate with a 250V alternating current. I doubt that it actually contains a LED.
