hello
i read the forum rules but im bad in english so please forgive me about any mistakes i have

speedfight 2 lc 2003

this is a long story. i will describe what is the problem now. the engine starts and work fine. but when i push the throttle cable, the carb or the engine make low noise and dont response

After watching the video I see your problem.

You've tried to tune the fuck out of it, lesson learned.
