Pilates Online Classes

Ideally I'm looking for something like the Shaun T insanity workout, P90X etc. A 20/30/40minute session that is just like going to one of the classes at the gym. While I was unemployed I went to these classes and found that they really helped my shoulder flexibility after my rotator cuff repair. As flexibility still isn't great I need something that will help me progress.
Any recommendations for particular instructors? Googling just returned hundreds and thousands of videos, most just 2minute clips of how to do a particular exercise.
