Hi hoping for some advice, I bought a Honda CBF600 today it has the back end lowered with a part that can be replaced and the front end lowered at the top of the forks both ends by about one inch. It's OK for me to ride but I have leg length to spare and I am considering putting it back to normal. I am thinking though, besides the legs on the floor is there any other benefit in having the original ride height or should just leave it as it is???

Put it back to normal. I somehow think Honda may have put some time in and tested, designed it that way for best handling....................

More ground clearance on those bikes is a good thing. I had one as a hire bike a few years ago and I ended up buying new hero blobs to put on it before it went back, I was petrified they would charge me a fortune if they spotted the pegs had been ground so badly. Pegs would scraped coming off roundabouts, entering car parks the lot!

Get it back to normal if you're a normal sized person Thumbs Up
