finally after the company stalling and deliberately making things difficult by pissing about with the ACAS chap, other halfs three attempts to file online and then missing the deadline because of it playing up and not submitting it then going blank, theyve come back and said they will take it on if they believe we have a good reason for filing late. We were only a day out becaue of the glitches.

ACAS have a record of every attempt made to open dialogue and empty promises from the company to play ball so I figure it shouldnt be too difficult so now waiting for a pre trial review date.

I need to get the latest update from my union rep as our joint tribunal with my company went in a few weeks back.

I do find it funny that several of the guys going through the tribunal with me have been offered new contracts with the company who realised they didnt have enough staff. It must be a bitter pill to swallow for the company knowing they are due to pay out thousands to these guys none the less.
