I have to wire a 50cc Chinese bike and i have 11 week of holiday before i go into sixth form. I'd like to use this time to get my scooter running, would be useful for school. It would be great if somebody could give me a sort of back ground or guide as to what i need to connect together to make this bike run. it can be as detailed as you want. i just need to get this bike going. i have meters and meters of pvc cable and bumloads of connectors. Just need anybody to look at a chinese wiring diagram and guide me, many thank yous Smile ps. im not getting a new wiring loom because there isnt another for my bike. ANYWHERE. and no im not scrapping the bike, thank you Wink

I didn't realise they actually used wires.

What wires are on the bike already? How many different coloured wires have you got, do you have any photos of the current condition?

There is a new loom that can be purchased. Lots of direct bikes are copies of several makes.

Try Chinese parts online

Are you looking to replace the wiring or fill in missing wires?

For this job I personally dont like the sound of "lots of connectors". There are of connectors fixing my spot lights to my bike and it looks a flipping mess and has become really bulky. But Im talking about 4 sets of wires. I suspect if you are talking about your bike it may be a lot more.

But lets get the conversation going and we can info gather from there.

Do you have a manual for your bike? If not can you get one?
