I remember from a magazine test I think that even the best most hi-tec alarm and lock, disc lock and anything you would like to think of putting in your bike can be taken off in 2 and half mins max by a good thief. I think it's best to get something good enough to keep the riff raff of but if they REALLY want your bike no matter how much you spend unfortunately we don't have too much choice.

I got a Red alert ground anchor, Luma speedline chain and closed shackle padlock... and an old vauxhall cavalier 2" from the garage door. That seems to do the trick. They want my bike, they've gotta steal my crappy car first!  |
