Bought a couple of helmets online from helmetsdirect October 2012.

All came ok except for free helmet care kit, order said it was on backorder and would be sent later.

A few months ago I email them saying it never arrived and got no reply Evil or Very Mad


A few days ago i got a promotional/spam email from them for kevlar jeans I think and replied to it thinking it would go to some dead mailbox saying I'm still waiting for helmet care kit from last time I ordered.
Next day I had an email telling me I'd get one. Yes, of course I will.

Guess what arrived today? They only actually sent me one.

I was never that concerned really as it was only a freebie after all but finally getting it feels like a win.
