Been vaping on and off for about 9 months. At first it gave me a decent hit just like the first cig of the day would. But nowadays it doesnt so much, so i buy roll ups every now and then, usually for nights out.

Still on the starter kit i got from Exhale, but i use a different clearo now. I also make my own liquids as its so much cheaper. I currently have 24mg liquid but still it doesnt give me the hit a cigarette would. I dont understand why either, because it used to at a lower dose.
Maybe a hotter burning clearo might help

Since I swapped from 70/30 to 40/60 PG/VG I've noticed a sizeable drop in throat hit but much nicer flavour and less scratchiness in my throat at the end of the day.

My real problem seems to be that it's just not an adequate replacement for a Marlboro. I can easily save some money by vaping all evening but I still crave a real cig before bed.

It's like vaping will dampen the craving but not eradicate it completely.

Just bought one of these. Had one of the first ecigs a couple of years ago, found it a couple of days ago, got three sucks out of it and the battery died, so thought I would start again on brand new kit.

Smokes are getting too damn expensive, so I'll start on ready mixed liquid then think about mixing my own.

Its the Kanger t3 tank i have. And i wouldnt recommend it, its a very cool and boring vape. Maybe a better battery might improve things. Tempted to spend a few bob on some new kit, as i dont want to smoke, but the ecig just doesnt cut it anymore

I'm not a heavy smoker have been quit on and off for periods over the years, but personally i find the flavoured ones dont do a thing for me it just doesnt feel like smoking so it doesn't remove any desire to have a cig, its more of a novelty like a shisha.

The other thing personally i've found is only the ones that have a 'sharp' feeling in the throat and actually feel and/or look like cigs to some extent really satisfy the urge, some of them are shaped like dental equipment and it just feels weird when you're puffing off this oddly shaped device

I do worry as well personally if i had something i COULD smoke in doors regularly if and when i went back to smoking cigs again it'd make me want them more often - were at the moment i avoid them often due to being not arsed to go outside in the wet or cold etc.

I bought a Tornado-T from Totally Wicked a good 9 or 10 months ago. Used it on and off whilst smoking normal cigs but never gave it a real attempt at quitting the real deal.

Today, after many days of saying, "I will do it tomorrow", I went in to a local shop and bought 2 bottles of Benson & Hedges flavour and 1 strawberry bottle.

I want to give up permanently and edge myself off the cigs with e-cigs and then give them up as well when I can.

I was smoking 20 a day about 6 months ago, which was costing over £200 per month. Since I stopped smoking indoors 6 months ago, it went down to about 12/14 cigs a day but I just want to quit altogether now, had enough.

Wouldnt bother with cig flavoured liquids. I've sampled several and none tasted even remotely like a B&H...
Liberty Flights do a peanut butter one, which tastes just like the real thing, probably my favourite liquid.
