Suzuki GN 125cc 1996

Hey i have a Suzuki GN 125 that I bought for £325 needed a lot of work done to it though but runs ok. It had passed every MOT that it has had in it's life however I took it in for it's MOT this year and it failed with a lot of faults apparently it is going to cost me £325 for repairs and then charge for re testing I am not sure if i should sell it for parts or pay for the parts I am a part time worker for the summer before uni and have had a lot of problems with it and now feel frustrated what should I do I have only had it back at mine for 3 days now and from the MOT is classed as dangerous but as I have ridden it I have had no problems with it??????

The drive chain sprocket carrier worn to excess
Drive chain excessively loose
rear suspension movement is excessively stiff
the headlamp was wired backwards and the headlamp is insecure
the registration plate is deteriorated
the handlebar is deformed
the throttle is operating incorrectly
the throttle has a significant change in engine speed whilst moving the steering from lock to lock
the brake pedal has inadequate reserve travel

my advisory was on the front tire which i knew needed replacing
with the handlebars i need drop it when i fell off it but they were put back into place where they were before i dropped it.
the back break pedal had snapped on me whilst we were doing work on it when i first bought it

before it's MOT it had new braking pads and shoes a new chain and sprocket set but when i had bought it the bike revved a lot before we had it this is my first bike and i don't know anything about bikes.

basically it failed on a lot and i don't understand how it had the 2 clear ones and a fail on my MOT as when I bought it the bike was in ok condition but compared to now it is in better condition or so we thought it was

thats good then much happier now as i have to get that done then book it in for a MOT retest asap
