That's Charlie Vietch, his earlier videos were brilliant. He has a really pure, humanistic outlook and despises the way the first world is governed - money before people and all that.

He was arrested the day before the royal wedding because the police feared he might make a nuisance. He didn't actually break any laws, and never has, but they arrested him anyway...

He also went to the 2010 G8 summit in Toronto, which was shocking to say the least, and the world conveniently knew nothing of it. The whole city was put on lockdown, a special temporary prison was created to lock up 'potential' criminals (everyday protesters to you and me), and the police were just.... well it was unreal. Documentary here: https://topdocumentaryfilms.com/toronto-g20-exposed/ - I recommend everyone watches it. Usually a lot of activist films are made with a shameful level of bias, but this one is such blindingly clear evidence, it just can't be denied that the Canadian government and Toronto police force were royal fucks for that event. We're told the rich English-speaking world is too good for governmental corruption, but it's not.

When I first came across Charlie Vietch's youtube videos I actually thought he might lead some kind of new-thinker's revolution and change the world. Unfortunately he went a bit nuts, his popularity got the better of him and he lost his way. He now has a kid (probably an accident), lives somewhere in Manchester or London and is being forced to get back in line and live like everyone else. Kinda feel bad about it really, his original stuff was great and he had a huge global following.

I think this is the video that first got his name out - https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=nuYSVCW9ILs (the RATM music stops after the first minute) - it really makes you realise the absurdity of some of things we consider as 'normal' in society, particularly relating to the way we're controlled and the way we follow rules without even thinking for ourselves.
