As long as the wee water-pipes aren't leaking it'll carry on doing its job. You've lost maybe 5% of the fins there, no biggy.

It's had a 'kin good bang, if I could get a s/h one in good order for not too much dosh I'd change it for peace of mind. If it did fail betcherlife it'd be nowhere near home.
