Don't forget, you are objecting to the closure.

What am I doing? I don't want to see the lane get closed but I don't know how to write it down in the thing without just saying "I think it's a bad idea because I like riding on unsurfaced roads."

Is that a good thing or not? I'm really struggling to come up with an argument. I'm just too tired. Or, do you mean that I should just say a green lane because "unsurfaced roads" is too formal?

"I object to the closure because it is less intrusive than riding through the gardens of the PDNPA committee members which is my only other alternative."

I just commented about the ever decreasing greenlanes and we should be allowed to enjoy our country side, just like walkers do.

Also the local economy benefit, B&Bs, cafes, pubs etc

If it helps, here's mine...

The proposal to impose a TRO on this route discriminates against legitimate and rightful users of the route. The supporting comments discuss the enjoyment of the area by users of the route, but imply that only non-vehicular users have a right to enjoy this area. There are many opportunities for non-vehicular users to enjoy the national park on footpaths, bridleways and other routes where vehicular access is prohibited but scant few that permit vehicles.

Conflicts between users are common on all highways and one must remember that these BOATS are essentially unpaved roads, so users must expect and allow for vehicular use, rather than treat it as a prima facie footpath. It's tantamount to walking along the A1 and then complaining about the traffic.

I wrote something like that in the end, just less well-worded.

Done.

Done, i wrote something along the lines of how might result in off-roaders in the local area to ride on unauthorised grounds to fulfil there green laning needs and therefore it's a bad idea.

I've had a glance through and couldn't find anything.
You may have better luck.
