gearbox oil pressure leak

rotax 123 125 cc had a leaking crankshaft seal but i repaired with
no more leaks . Did not overfill and runs fine around town but when i
rag it down a dual carrageway itll spit about 100ml out of the gearbox
breather pipe ????????
Also the powervalve blade was removed by old owner and plugged with
a hex bolt was leaking a little oil stripped cleaned and a little gasket seal run around the bolt fixed the blow but having ran the bike for 6 months fine what damage if any does not having a blade in or pinned open cause to the two stroke engine???

it may be that the gearbox oil is blowing out the valve and breather because the crankcase/ gearbox seals /gaskets or seals are broke , so the engine pressure partly blows throw the broken seals .
