i won't be able to go out for a daytime blast until mid-September. It's blazing hot here with insane humidity levels. Twilight rides only.

I made the mistake of going up the Costa Brava during the day last week and I must have lost about a kilo and a half in fluid. Had to wash the helmet lining as it was drenched in sweat. Around the city I just ride in jeans and T-shirt but when I know I'm going somewhere I put on the only kit I have which is full leathers. I really need to invest in some summer gear.

That and I still feel a bit wired from last night.

What's your excuse?

Bike is buggered until next week.
Missus has roped me into helping out in the garden.

I just want to be out!

The Trott family have popped in for an unexpected visit. Arrived about 10pm and are still hanging around. Not happy but the last 10 minutes of Moto3 qualifying have been interesting enough.

Because I've just come back from riding it. MOT this morning (clean pass - weirdly only took the bloke less than 3 minutes...earning the garage about £10 a minute), and once again to nip to sainsburys for some lunch supplies.

Everything is drenched in sweat but who cares.

Clearing ground to build a new shed as the current one isn't big enough. Got two bikes in it already and the two that we've just acquired just won't fit... Smile
