Liking the fin on the front mudguard.
Cables (both routing and colour) and handlebar grips let it down a bit though. I'd like to see it with black cable outers routed under the bottom bracket and either cork/leather bar tape or a set of knurled "wheelbarrow" style handgrips.
Needs a leather saddle. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

Funnily enough, the cable routing actually mimics what it had as stock. The only difference is that there wasn't a cable outer on there originally, and it ran through a pulley.
The saddle and grips are things that can be changed over time, although I'm not in a massive rush to - they work, and are sufficient to my needs. This is transport, not a posing opportunity.
As for brogues, I utterly despise them, and always have. ____________________ '10 SV650SF, '83 GS650GT (it lives!), Questionable DIY dash project, 3D Printer project, Lasercutter project |

Hijack! It's a Hi-Jack.
I loved brogues on my *liberated postie bike. Combined with segs and you're sure to receive a severe tut-tut from passers by, as you shower sparks behind you.
*Walking home in the countryside from a good night out and happened upon an old post bike with no tyres...just leaning against a wall. Gave my girlfriend a 'backie' home to have my wicked way with her. Alas the girlfriend didn't survive but the bike went on to a happy working life. During my chemical days it was left with a box of rattle cans and passers by were invited to spray it. I then remember giving the bike to my Mum as a present....Never to be seen again.
