Unless I keep it dead centre at slow speeds the bars want to flop in the direction of steering. I know this will happen to some extent but its really extreme.

Tyre pressures - check them.

The front should be 33psi, the rear 36psi.

Did the tyres, they where very low. Still there though Sad . Tsch I'll live with it until I have enough money to sort it out.
