I think it's supposed to be an extreme example of how not to do it.
The farty raspberry noise does kind of give it away.

Part of me thinks it's real and was just made by a complete and utter dunce, and somehow the shitness has led to it going viral and being a great success. Or it's been made by someone with an IQ of 5000 who knows exactly what they were doing.

Stranger things have happened!

I find the music mesmerising. Sounds like the creator used two albums - one of old traditional world music, and one electronic trance energy stuff.

For some reason this website is an absolute feast for my mind. It's like I've taken acid but not taken acid. Try it with headphones.

I think I'm changing as a person.

Need... to get... off... this website.... ....CAN'T!

Have you actually been through it all?! It's huge!

Anybody wanna buy a suit? A bridal dress? ...an oil painting?

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Turns out it was made by this guy: Sean Terrence Best

And here he is again - youtube

And facebook.

Looks like a bit of a fruit loop, but still I find it all amazing. It's a real insight into the ways of the more, erm, 'unconventional' mind. He made all those websites with MS Paint. Comes across as very pure. Like when you're a child and you just create something out of whatever you have available to use. Also comes across as a guy who hasn't at all been tainted by society and all the things the world throws at us - he hasn't been told what to think, do, or enjoy. Hence the music choice and fucked up website layout.

I may be going against the usual grain of thought here, but this dude's ignorance is impressive!

Funny you should mention that, the source of that sound if you look at the code is 'onion.com' - I think that says it all Laughing
