Officially, yes.

But, it depends on the monkey serving, sometimes they decide that it is policy not to serve bikes and won't.

go here, search for 'moped'

Hmm, I find most of the punters in my local McDogturds pretty alarming, and at least the smell of horse 'exhaust' is better than the smell of the burgers. That said I've queued up on foot with the cars in the drive through and been served, but then after several cans of Tennants Super and an ounce of Old Holborn I look, sound, smell and act like 'Father Jack', so its understandable why they don't argue the toss.

Horses are a herd animal.
I suspect the scent of murder-burgers was too much.

About 38 years ago I borrowed a Triumph 500 twin and drove it into a pub, unfortunately the floor was smooth and wet and I locked the brakes up and demolished the bar. I can not remember where on earth this happened but I believe my ban is life long Mr. Green

When I say I do not remember where it was I do have a few clues.. It was a pub near a WW2 airfield as I had been tanking the bike around the perimeter road scraping the foot pegs down. It may actually have been part of the airfield as I had no helmet on. I seem to remember having to ride down some stairs on the way out. It was South of Birmingham.
