Don't worry...the 125 phase may be a mere transitional period for us but some of us are still at that stage!

I haven't gone to a meet yet, but from what I understand, there are usually one or two, and always someone doing the "wait at junctions/roundabouts" thing on big rideouts when people fall behind.

I wouldn't mind going to a meet, but would be stuffed if you had to use the motorway at all due to only riding on a CBT. Do the rides go along motorways or not?

125s are not a problem.

Only the other week, we had Cliff on his 100 and Wave on his 125 with us (us being a Speed Triple, a Hornet, an R6, a CBR6 a Thundercat, a CB500 and an RS250).

Though, of course, it's ENTIRELY their fault that we had to go to Stockley without using the motorway (L plates) and as a consequence got completely lost. Rolling Eyes Razz

I'm going on a ride out this weekend with some bigger bikes and as far as I know, there will be just me and Nighteyes on 125's.

I'm not bothered, as long as I'm not left miles behind! Smile

Other people break down sufficiently often that the 125ers get a chance to catch up while they're waiting for the AA to come. Laughing

Jon used to come along on an SR125, maybe not on a great long rideout to the coast but most of the time we're just riding to some place where we can twat about, and Jon could certainly twat about on that SR. Cool
