Drop a lit match into the tank. The resulting explosion will push the dent out.

JOKE!!!! DO NOT do this! Laughing

My guess would be that your best bet would be to try a a service normally used for cars (I don't even know if they'll try or are able to on bike petrol tanks but you don't ask you don't know!), called panel beaters.

It's used when you have a small dent in a panel, they prod it out from the inside so that it's just popped back to the way it should be, so they should be able to tell you if this is possible on your bike. The main thing they'll want to know basically is the dent sharp or smooth, as if it's got edges to it they will be unable to do their magic on it and it would also damage the paint work. People who know more about car's will be able to tell you more information about this.

Good luck and hope for a dent free tanks. Thumbs Up

Halfords sell a dent 'filler' but you would have to respray the tank Neutral
