The story behind this goes: 16 year-old just got the bike (looks like an Honda F4?) he was doing around 50 in a school zone 25, and (supposedly) wasn't paying attention when he hit a woman in the car making a turn. from what i'm told, he didn't even try to brake (which would go along with not paying attention). anywho, the story is more than second-hand, but there's a lesson in every wreck...

notice his shoe, lying on the ground. not the best attire. he did have a helmet, at least, but it didn't save him. he died, and the woman was ok.

From what I understand, bikers in America have a bad reputation, worse than here, because of all the happy go lucky kids who pass their test and can jump on a big bike, really makes me glad I am forced to take it progressively.

I doubt the story that goes with it is real mind.

They wouldnt remove a helmet at the scene and take pictures of it.

Plus, 99% of internet stories, and 100% of second-hand ones, are fake.

If it wasn't done up then its quite possible that it came off in the crash.

They would take the helmet off if they were trying to revive him.

i was talking to my brother in law, who is american and lives in Ohio. He was saying he fancied getting a bike. What he says is that he has to sit a written test, then that's it! Off he goes to buy any bike he wants Shocked Now that's just silly.

He also said that he has to wear a helmet whilst he is a learner. But not once he has passed his written thingy. Presumably once you passs the test you get a tube of Skull hardener Rolling Eyes
