But what are they, Chinese copies? Why they look so nice for next to nothing
Is it worth it?
Or will it break and fall apart next day?

I've never seen a CBR250 replica in the UK. What bike are you talking about?

I'm going to make a wild assumption that you're on about CBR125 replicas like the Skyjet SJ125 in all its various guises and brandings. No. They've got CG-copy engines and are all looks and no go. The money spent on the plastics is money that isn't going into the actual mechanicals and the owners, by and large, are not a happy lot.

A hojillion times no.

For "200cc" think about 16bhp if you're very, very lucky. They don't list the brand, and good luck finding an insurer who will touch it. In 3 months when you've had enough of being overtaken by Varadero 125s, you'll be selling that for beer money, if you can find anyone daft enough to touch it.

Really, no. If you have a 25kW or 35kW license, there are far better bikes out there for your money.
