Hi,

As per title, I think the answer is yes but how much?

For instance mine was 20psi and was badly balanced. what I mean is , when I was coming to a full stop before lights, the bike was really wobbly and could not make the bike stand still for few secs which i normally can.

Also really wobbly and unbalanced on low speed when moving between cars.

increasing the tyre pressure to 29psi as per manufacture specs has fixed the issue.

thanks

So, your problem was an unstable bike with under inflated tyres, fixed by inflating the tyres. You want to know if flat tyres causes a problem?

Typical feel of low pressure on the front is a bit like constantly using the front brakes: the steering is pulled towards the centre of the turn and needs constant adjustment to keep a line.

Never felt much difference in balancing difficulty. If anything, lower pressure may make it easier to balance, people on trials bikes use very low pressure to maximize purchase of knobbly tyres, and they balance a lot.
