Hi, I have a Yamaha Aerox 50cc which is a little old and has mysteriously lost the thing that holds the choke lever on to the handlbars.
The lever is attached to the cable but the post that it rotates around should have a knob at the end to hold the lever on, which is missing.
My problem is that I need to buy a new 'thingy' or post to hold it on but I have no idea what it is called! I've had a look online and I have found a drawing of the area which just names it all 'starter assembly'. Searching starter assembly does not give me the right results.
I can find lots of choke levers and choke cables but I have both of these.
Anyone who can tell me what I need to buy to fix it - please help!
Thanks

The choke lever that I have is like the one in the first link, but I've not been able to find anything where you can buy the lever with the thing that holds it in place, which is actually the bit I need.

The switch unit here doesn't seem to come with an attachment for the choke lever so it's not part of that unit
https://www.pedparts.co.uk/product/1805/left-hand-switch-gear-unit--yamaha-aerox
and the other thing I've found is this
https://www.adrenalin-pedstop.co.uk/p-Domino_manual_choke_lever_for_handlebar_mounting_-5146.aspx
which is different from the way it's set up at the moment so I'm not sure it'll work

I'd suggest that a suitable washer with a suitable bolt with do the job.
