Greetings,

As I have recently acquired an Italian bike, I'm expecting to encounter quite a few electrical issues in the coming months.

As I haven't had to purchase any wire/cable before for home use, could anyone suggest a decent place to buy a few reels for future use?

I'm thinking about the sorts of insulated wire used in wiring looms. I've consulted Google but I keep getting shitty results Sad Meh.

If your washing machine packs in, take the time to strip out the wiring loom, lots of different colours and a variety of wire diameters suited to auto use, last washing machine I had that broke down gave me a healthy supply of spare wiring.

The stainless steel drum makes a really good wood burner\brazier, waste not want not.

Break a few bikes/cars and keep the wiring looms. I've not bought wire in years! Very Happy

Mind you. The newer thinwall stuff fits in a much smaller space. Definately easier if you want to put two wires into the same crimp connector.
