Hi all

Been given one of thse as payment for a little job.
Once I had it all hooked up it all works, except for the speedo part. It is stuck firmly on 0 mph. I've obviously double checked the install and all is fine there.
Measuring up the leads to the wheel sensor pick-up I'm getting 5v dc between the the white lead and earth and yellow lead and earth.

If anyone has one of these I would be very grateful for a voltage measurment as I strongly suspect the unit is faulty.

OK, problem solved. I fixed the magnet to the rotor with plastic metal. That stuff seems to kill the magnetic field as once I fixed the magnet in place with Superglue it all works fine.
BTW, E-mailed Danmoto last night, a reply first thing this morning confirming the voltage readings and giving some installation advice.
For a Chinese / Hong Kong company they are on the ball so can give them a very high recommendation if you are looking to buy from them.

I have used Danmoto stuff on several occasions and I have to agree that they are a very good company.
