Quick Action Throttle

I'm looking for a quick action throttle to fit a 22mm clip on.

However, I really don't want to be paying £100 for something like a Venhill.

Has anybody tried anything cheaper? Maybe a Chinese copy that is decent?

You can probably DIY it.

Various methods exist involving cable ties, pieces of PVC pipe, filing bits down etc etc, do a google.

Forgot to mention. I need a complete unit as I am not using any of the switch gear etc from the bike

Anybody able to shed some light on quality/recommendations?

Obviously, I'd prefer a £11 if it's decent and the grip length isn't going to be really short considering it's from a trials bike not a road bike?

Remember that 'quick action' will depend on your current bike - in some cases you can just stick one on from another bike that has a wider diameter cam.

Don't see why the grip would be short on a trials bike?

You don't need NOT to have the housing either .
