I'm looking for something to use as a base for a project bike where I can spend my time doing the work on it, and restoring it to the way it should be (no gaffer tape or zip ties will be used! Laughing). I haven't decided on what bike I am after, so if you've got something suitable then let me know ane I can then think about it.

I'm not after something which is going to cost lots to buy, and also it'd be nice if the parts to fix it will not be too expensive, but again let me know what you've got and what state it's in and we can take it from there.

It can have surface damage but it needs to have all the basic stuff working, so I've basically got something to work up from, but again let me know just what damaged and we can talk from there.

Collection is not going to be the easiest thing in the world as I'm still not even able to walk well but I'll sort something out but it'll need to be semi-close to here which is North Hampshire, I'm near M3 J5 and M4 J11 so anything within a reasonable distance will be considered, and the better the deal the further away I'll consider getting it from.

Anything considered, it can be a write off just needs to have a potential left in it to be a bike as opposed to a project to make a novelty paperweight Laughing.

Thanks

Ste

I have an NSR125 here, but no money to fix it with. Seeing as you played a part in ruining it, I see it as your responsibility to fix it for me and then let me ride it Razz

Nope, you see those indicators on the back of the bike, I fitted them to it. Okay they're not fitted fully (well, they're not wired in Laughing) but they were better than when I first borrowed the bike off G. And lots of other people have put wear on that bike, some more than me, but yeah I've got time on my hands I'm happy to help fix it, although I have limit travelling ranges limited by how far I can manage to hobble. :

An RD would be a fun bike to try and find to fix up, as the RD350 which G had was actually quite a fun little bike. Mr. Green
