Just looking on Ebay, and I found this https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9806&item=2483286969&rd=1&tc=photo this has got to be some kind of error!? Can you see what's wrong?

Well the seller has 0 feedback, as does the current high bidder so it's just some people mucking around. And it's all in miles, and they say they live in America.

Wouldn't think too much about it mate, sometimes if a seller wants to reder the auction useless (they change their mind and don't want to sell) they can get a couple of mates to bid stupid amounts so no genuine buyers bother. Likewise, if he's got some enemies, a couple of them can get together to screw him.

BINGO Ian! Look at the price of it! You'd think they'd have something better to do than to just mess up other people's auctions.

The people that are bidding think its a scam, that's why the price is up.

it is quite obviously a scam

it says the bike is in the UK yet the owner is "moving out of state"

as Lee said the pick up more or less confirms its location

it may be that the high bidder actually owns the bike or knows someone who does, this happened to one of my mates Nitrous Busa, someone got a few photos of it from a website and decided to "sell it" on e-bay

we got the price to over 100 million pounds before it was pulled by ebay

fucking thieving, pikey scumbags deserve all they get Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

A classic eBay scam Evil or Very Mad
Download pictures from somebody's web site of their pride and joy. Pass it off as your own, make up some mileage, etc. and get a buyer to pay by escrow. Then do a runner with the cash.

You see a lot of these, often Busa's. Lots of technical details but no 'real' info on the bike.

They often say "contact me for further details"

Just another way to scam email addresses to sell to spammers.
