As we seem to bash the cowboy companys here is one that looks after its customers. I ordered front and rear JT sprockets for my bike and duly paid the order arrived with JT front and Techcorps rear, after a phonecall and few emails as to why no JT rear Ralph/Rachel at Wemoto sorted the problem to more than my satisfaction, I will be more than happy to carry on using them for future purchases and can recommend them.

They sent me a yellow keyring fob that matches my bike. How did they know? Shocked

Ah, they're decent. Most stuff is next day, they haven't ballsed anything up yet, it's almost like they know how to run a business. I won't quibble over a few Penny CoinPenny Coin between their prices and some "WE SORT U PROBLEM U CONTACT MUST B4 FEEDBACK FIRST!!!" eBay drop shipper

Only ordered once and the item arrived quickly at a decent price. Absolutely no issues whatsoever.

No freebies with my order thought! Sad

Yep been impressed every time I've used them.

Just wish they didn't charge the same postage for a seal in an envelope as they do for an exhaust.

Hi

Re postage. I have recently been on a quest to sell everything own so all my worldly posessions will fit in a small cupboard (or back of a motorbike!). I gotta say, royal mail postage charges seem to start at 2.60 nowdays! 1 tiny games workshop model cost 2.60 in a little jiffy bag!

On an exhaust they can lose the postage charge a bit, but when little things cost 2 quid to buy then 2.60 + jiffy bag cost, it makes sense to just set a 3 quid standard charge for everything.

I feel sorry for anyone sending masses of smal packets nowdays. Its gonna be incredibly hard to make a profit when people order a front sprocket here, and a gromit there.

Cheers

I've just had a replacement brake master cylinder off them for my CB250RS...........good bit of kit, a fair price, speedy delivery....great service + two (!) key fobs and a notepad. They're first on my list for parts.
