Bad Indicators.

Got pulled by the police today for apparently having very poor indicators.

They checked over my bike and gladly didn't see I was missing the front L-Plate, and told me I needed to get my indicators sorted as there are stupidly dim.

I explained to them my bike was 6v and electrics are genereally crap and they let me off, but I do want them sorted as it is dangerous.

Is there a way I can convert my lights to 12V and keep the rest of the bike 6V, by running 2 circuits?

Hey mate, I know what you mean about 6v lights, (un)fortunatly the Police round here are too busy pointing there radars at everything that moves to notice lack of decent lights on 6v bikes. Apparantly it is possible, I dont know how but If I were you I would email the guy who has the 12v Converted RXS on ebay (: https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=9809&item=2483720853&rd=1 ) and ask him, he may have carried out the conversion and be able to help you.
