Hey everyone.

Was wondering if you adjust your rear suspension pre-load thingy if so what do you put to.

I mean I'm a heavy guy. Would it be better for me to adjust to setting 3 which i think is for me and a passenger.

As has been said, set up your sag depending on your weight, then u can adjust compression and rebound and keep notes, small adjustments and go careful cos the bike will handle differently!!
