Has anyone used their services? I would be keen to hear opinions good or bad.

Personally I booked my bike in for a treatment online over three weeks ago and paid my deposit (which they acknowledged by email). However I have not been contacted by the local agent to confirm my booking slot (which has now passed) and my attempts to email the main man are met with no response.

I really want to get my bike treated by these guys because it looks like it will save a load of corrosion issues over the winter, so would prefer it if they would just give me a booking slot rather than a refund.

I'm hoping this perceived poor customer service is the exception rather than the rule.

Alternately, buy a can of ACF-50, and a packet of cleaning rags, and do it yourself. Cheaper, and less likely to be disappointing.

Yeah I had already bought a can of ACF-50 but got persuaded by their advertising and a couple of you tube uploads that I would be far better getting them to do it

Do it yourself, ultimately no one is going to have the time [unless you have an endless pit of money to burn on their labour] or focus to do as good a job as you will on your own bike.

Once you get into the habit of it you can do it as and when you need, and save a load of money in the process Thumbs Up

Then you've been sucked in by marketing - just give it a damn good clean and give everything that isn't a braking part or tyre a liberal dose of ACF 50.

If you're really serious, seal the bodywork with Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection using several coats after a thorough polish.
