Hi, this is my second topic of today, there will be no more I promise.

My mate passed his MOD2 yesterday (full powah) and he's looking at FZ6s. He's found one which is an '08 S2 model with ABS. So the S2 supposedly sorted out some snatchy FI issues which is reassuring and ABS is a good add on BUT

What are the common bad things about these, if any? I've tried looking through here but I'm either too tired or lazy after being in the gym this morning.

PS I'll try convince him to get on here when he gets the bike to show it you all

Nope, in general they are pretty solid bikes.

Gearbox can be clunky 1st/2nd and if its been ridden all year then have a look for corrosion.

Ha ive just bought the same bike (minus abs) finding it a great bike so far, somewhat taller than my hornet but love it, not found the gears to be clunky at all, the opposite really, really light gear changes
