Ive used it and I tried the gulf oil for £9.99 5 litres but prefer asda oil, engine is a but quieter with it, just bought 2 litres of asda oil today I change it once a month at £4 a go, but that's 600 miles of commuting.

Thanks Mark, appreciate the feedback.

Got to clean the starter motor as the bike needs bump starting 50% of the time lately, figured i'd do an oil change as well.

As far as I'm aware, you remove the 3 bolts so you can take it off the bike.

Then remove the 2 bolts off the motor, take the lid off and remove the rubber grommet, clean the insides with Brasso and fit back togethor?

Disconnect battery, disconnect lead to starter motor, undo bolts and remove.
If unsure make a mark with felt to re align on assembly but there are marks there in the metal, remove long bolts and take end off, be careful there are washers inside on the shaft so note in what order they are as the last ones are fibre if I remember rightly, you don't need to remove them if your carefull, these are at both ends.
After you take the end off pull the main assembly out or take rear off first then the main bit in the middle, it will stick to the magnetic sides so give it a pull, note how it came out as it only goes in one way.
Check for rust inside and clean with emery or sand paper then clean up your contacts, check brushes and see if they move freely, you can put a dab of oil on the sides if they stick ( this was what was wrong with mine), grease end of shaft and slide back on remember to open the brushes a bit or it wont go in, slide back in the outer and don't forget your plastic seals, grease other end and re assemble as removal.
Should be good to go. Just put 2 tyres and chain an sprocket on mine today and checked valves.
