Hi all

Nw my engine starts if got some work to be done on the rest of the bike but raining need and in door fix today so the seat well it don't look good

So after popping down range nod getting £5.40 of fake leather and a load of staples not 100% as the foam has split and parts missing will sort all this out next time has there's enough to do 2 recovers

Got to look better will do a nice one with beading and 2 colours in the new yaer

So.... It's just me that thinks the crinkles are annoying?

Personally I would have redone it and redone it until I got it right. I've recovered a few seats and it's not too difficult. Bit of spray glue here and there to keep it flat and bobs your uncle.

the seat on my Bandit is ripped, i have been quoted £30 plus the cost of the cover

me thinks i might have a go my self, what stapler did you use? someone said you ideally need an air powered one?

If the seat pan is plastic, as most are,a hand stapler is fine.
Ive recovered a few bike seats successfully using one Thumbs Up
