Hi a new pit bike track has opened near where I live.

Has anyone tried it are the bikes to small for adults? I bet it good fun and a great way to learn how to handle bikes?

Anyone tried it and what did they think, is it just for kids?

Ive got a friend whos late 20s and fairly tall id guess 5"11 and he gets on fine racing them every friday night. Doubt itd teach you much about general riding, maybe off road riding (havent done any myself to know) but then the bikes are a totally different size. He raced mx bikes in his teens and i know it took him a while to get used to the smaller pit bikes. Looks a good laugh though Razz

They are not too small for adults.

However, off-road, I'd stick to big bikes.
Much more fun, to my mind.

For on road stuff, I reckon it definitely should give you a very good grounding in track riding.
I have only messed about with them on tarmac, but a lot of skills from minimoto cross over, so I'm sure they will for a bit bigger bikes with gears.
