Hard drive randomly full??

Just on the laptop and the hard drive has become randomly full and also a portion hard drive has turned up?

Any ideas whats going on? i only did a fresh install of win7 about 3 months ago and as its r lass's laptop theres fuckall on it

Last time I saw this it preceded a hard drive failure so make sure you have the repair discs handy.

What size RAM do you have. I had about 25GB go because windows decided to use it like RAM (Swap file).
