try taking out the old shoes, give them a clean, re-grease the push plates and the shoes with coppergrease etc..then put them back, should solve the problem  ____________________ Bikes owned :- 2001 nsr125, 1999 zx6r, 2006 yzf-r1, 2009 xmax 250, 2012 yzf-r1, 2015 MT-07

Clean the crap out, check for leaks, check condition of the shoes and if they are worn or glazed replace them. If the hub is glazed ruff it up a bit  |
