Miserable old prick!

Think I'd be back there every week to see if I could get hold of him! Confused

Get him on crimewatch - he's bound to such a miserable sod he'll get grassed by another wrinkly right away.

Back from the dead?

My guess is the guy is just short-sighted. Can't find the door lock, or even the right car Smile

Comment from Facebook:

Simon Condon: Does your car have a notice indicateing thats its filming? I personly wouldn't be happy being covertly recorded, what if I was in the car infront changing my sons nappy, you would have filmed it? Also he looks like he was searching for a car to scratch and chose yours for a reason, why? His appearance isn't that of a car vandal eg. He is old and wears no hoodie

Seriously Simon, fucking seriously?

Facebook is weird - 'Widness market' says the video has been removed as police are looking into it but it's still on the OP's link?

Unless he did it because the car was eye-catching in some way it smacks of personal vendetta rather than something likely to happen if you parked there.

Mind if he was one of those rabid greens it might just be because it was a 4x4 freelander or something - so they deserved it for killing the planet and causing #poisonweather.

Reading some of the comments on the page, it sounds like the guy was parked in a disabled spot, hence the old duffer vendetta.

Parking in a disabled bay is definitely bad form, but it doesn't give that cowardly old holier-than-thou tosspot the right to damage someone's car.

I agree, but it makes it less likely to be a personal vendetta, and more likely to just be some prick on a crusade.
