Cheers for that dam must be a piston problem because my engine won't fire up just spits out petrol out exhaust hmm I have a nice sparked compression is good cdi ecu servo motor all work and tested unless I have a bad ground (my ground is the engine frame from spark plug also its not in a nsr frame) thanks everyone

tell us all the symptoms and make model of the NSR and mods to it and video of not starting with sound and we can probably diagnose from here.

Sounds like it's flooded. Clear out the fuel from everywhere.
You may need to take the exhaust of or tip the bike upright.
Make sure the float bowl in the carb isn't sticking.
Then try again.

Carbs setup all correctly flout level is 24mm jets are standard no real mods to it except water temp and rev counter the engine sounds like it won't to start exhaust spits out fuel sometimes spark plug seems verry dry slight black mark on spark plug now and then its a BR9 standard nsr plug custom exhaust il make a vod when I rebuild the top end cheers fellas grate help

I have never seen a bike spitting fuel out of the exhaust that wasn't badly flooded.

Similarly, if you can see actual fuel in the crank case, I'd expect the same.

I have seen an NSR with far too much fuel in the crank case/exhaust spit fuel out of the pipe.

Is that a bad thing il try and record it when I rebuild the top end without exhaust on

Fuel comes out of the pipe but plug is very dry. Does not compute.

fit a BR9EIX instead of your BR9ECS which is the worst plug in the world

Even though it's standard spark plug as the manual says it's not good will try that plug and see if it works thanks

Not a good start not only did my bike not start now I have a very dry plug lol not good ther must be something iam missing anyway here's the video also had no fuel spitting out exhaust

Just a update ther no vacuum from the back off the carb so Ian guessing that's low compression new piston/rings and gaskets plus a compression test
