Yep. A DIY plug kit will do the job.

Only if you are prepared for it to go down immediately Laughing

A screw like that can sometimes be a get you home fix.
It could fly out at any moment though so I so I wouldn't go far on it.
Looks like an easy to plug repair - not near the edge or in the tread groove.
It must be worth getting a kit of some sort as it seems to me bike tyre punctures are ever more frequent these days for whatever reason.
The kit won't be much more than one garage repair.

If your not sure what your doing I would just take the wheel to a bike shop or tyre fitter to get it repaired.Would only cost about £15-£20 and you know the job has been done properly and is safe. Thumbs Up

I got a screw in my tyre a couple of weeks ago and took it for repair, after hunting over most of Glasgow I found somewhere that said they would do it for £26... they put a patch on it and the air was still coming out so they charged me a tenner and pointed me in the direction of someone who used what looked like a piece of string and large needle type thing, he charged me £6... so far I've still got air in the tyre, although I haven't checked the pressure yet
